Thanks for the feedback guys. I could definitely use a 101 type course and am not opposed to paying for it, just wanted to make sure it was worth the money. Sounds like it is so I'll be checking it out this weekend. Maybe I'll see some of you there!

Hey guys,

I'm in the learning before investing stage and am thinking about attending this Real Estate 101 seminar this weekend. Could some of you seasoned investors out there take a look and see if you think it would be valuable? Maybe even someone in the Atlanta REIA? The topics look interesting, but its $100 so i thought I would get an opinion before jumping on it.
