Welcome to BP keep learning and I’m in the same situation as you, I’m looking to have a great portfolios and leave a legacy for my generation, stay focus, what I’m doing getting my license and New York and used that money and all the knowledge I’ll get and use it for my own investments, 2019 will be a great year for all of us 🙌🏾

Tbh since I’ve been learning a lot From here and I’ll be a real estate agent in ny, it really doesn’t really matter to me, I’m actually looking for a nice neighborhood the tax it not to crazy and I can get great tenants I’m looking to buy a duplex and rent the second part that’s my goal for next here I’ll keep in touch with you here. That’s great what is the best area will you suggest to buy a duplex and house hacking it, I live in Orange, I was thinking West orange, Bloomfield, roselle and linden, any advice ?
