About to finish "How to Invest in Real Estate." Now I am needing to determine what book to read next. Suggestions welcome. Might order David Greene's book on the BRRRR method...although we are interested in multi-family.

Humm...would be interested to know if it was the same Portland real estate agent that we were talking to as well.  We were a bit taken back when presented with a Buyers Contract.  We back peddled.

We never did when we leased out our home from 2018 to 2020.  We sold it a month after our tenant's lease expired.  Still would be interested in seeing other responses.
