Everyone here needs to lighten up....What is the difference between one of my signs that is old and not picked up yet and the house IS actually sold....and a fake house that you are calling about???? Either way I am going to tell you it is sold, and either way you are going on my list....I think it is good marketing when done correctly searching for a niche market( I do it for low end rentals, warzones, etc)

Don't stress it too much if there is not major noticeable siding damage/wood rot. Is it a rental or a flip? How much are you trying to wholesale it for?

There are still a lot of good deals that the hedgefunds cannot get their greedy little hands on. Luckily personal relationships in business still means something, or else these monsters would eat everything up.

I think everyone here has a great definition of the idea of a RE investor. When i first clicked on the thread the first thing to come to mind was: I consider someone who actually has CASH to close on a property a RE investor.
