Hello I am starting to drive for dollars and ,so I found this property where a lien and property tax is owned. When I looked up the property there is a 60K lien, and property taxes. There is a another lien on the property but it is not open to the public. I'm not sure why this is. The owner has given up rights and the property address is as listed for a renowned address. What does all this mean and what should I do at as new beginner in wholesale. Advice please?

What is the best wholesale advice I should no as a novice?

Hello I'm Stacy I'm new to BP I am just now getting into the wholesale deal. If I can just get advice on what to do after finding property I will gladly be appreciated. 

So I went driving for dollars and I saw an abandoned home. When I looked up the property tax it says it is paid up. The property is in a real estate agent name. Should I still send a letter about buying the property. There are yellow signs in the yard and yellow permits on the window. The rehab has obviously already started and it looks like the roof is bad because water is on the floor. What should I do at this point
