I have an Airbnb in Cut Bank, MT and I'm in need of a house cleaner or two. Any recommendations?  Also, anyone used any handymen in that area? Thanks!

There are lots of people who reach out on here. I have made a lot of calls to price lenders. Patch of Land has been the best for starting out.

I just started using hml a few months back. I called different companies on the phone and asked questions. After shopping their programs i picked the cheapest option. Then I got everything they needed together, and it was a easy process that they walk you thru. Now I can just keep using the same lender for each flip w/out any hassle. Patch of Land is who I started with based upon my flip locations. Not very difficult to get going with.

You can use a lender to refinance that focuses on entities only. Patch of Land has been super great to work with using an LLC, but there are many options. Check out the financial network section on BP for more options. Excited for you!

Hi Noah, I currently rehab manage flips in the Spokane area. I always love finding new contractors to team up with. Are you interested in working on flips to start your REI journey? What contractor services do you primarily offer?

Thanks!

Born and raised in pdx, out in the country of Oregon City. I would agree that Tigard/Beaverton are good long term hold areas. Oregon City, Canby, and out the opposite direction are good as well.

The renter has a high responsibility to care for your property because if they don’t; they’re out of business. Damages would be handled/covered by deposits just the same as if you were renting to a long term tenant. Airbnb has strict guidelines that travelers have to follow in order to be able to use their properties. There’s some great podcasts from business owners who invest this way and they’re very favorable.

Experienced fix n flippers, do you consider rehab properties w/large amounts of mold or just stay away? If you consider them, how have you handled the issue?
