Wow that is awesome!

@DouglasLarson  I'm not sure, the  company will  not  disclose information to  the  owner, son  or  lawyer. Im  beginning to  think its  a  reverse loan  in  which  a  lot  of  elderly people get  scammed. Also   this  is  one  of  the  companies that  showed up  under  HARP. The dad has been paying $80 but only $8 has been going towards the principal and the rest to interest. I wish I had more information to give other than his dad is 86 and doesn't remember what he signed or where he put the papers. His son and I have been looking for these papers.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

As  it  stands  today there is  a  complaint list  started with other people about this company. They know longer want  to deal with this company.

SPS  is  located in  Utah while  they  are  here  in  Kansas  City. The  Original Loan  was  sold  to  SPS. The dad  is  the  one  that  had  called  as  well as  the  Lawyer to  get  the  full payoff amount including any  interest and  the  company keeps  putting them  on  hold  or  put  on  hold  and  hang  up.

I  have  a  friend who's dad  is  going through a  lot  of  problems with  trying to  talk  to  SPS  loan  company. They  have  tried a  lawyer calling and  they  refuse to  answer the  phone. What  is  the  best  advise  to  get  from  under  this  company to a local  credit union. It's $7,000 dollars but  they  are  talking about the  interest  rate  is  raising in  December but  refuse to  tell  to  what  rate... Would  it  be  wise  to  get  a  personal loan  and  file  through the  lawyer or  just  the  credit union. We  need  answers fast  thank  you.

If you know the legal description of the property along with the physical address which will help and go to the county courthouse, of the property assessor.... From there they will have public records of who owns or pays the property tax. The legal description will look like this....Lots 6, 7, and the South ½ of Lot 3, West 60 feet of South ½ of Lot 4, West 60 feet of Lot

5 and Lot 8, Block 20, OLD SURVEY, Leesville, Vernon Parish, Louisiana.

I have a question then....to get around from having to set up a trust or ask for a deposit can you ask for a certain amount of money then say its a non refundable move in fee...instead of a deposit....and still be within legal terms
