For those that have investments with RealtyShares, has anyone received their 2018 K-1s yet?

We were told early in the year that they would be delayed past the April 15th filing deadline, but it’s the end of May and I haven’t received mine yet.

My emails to Realty Share have gone unanswered.

Curious about those who are in a syndication where the monthly/quarterly cash flow payments are being deferred.  How do you know or calculate how much money you'll be paid at a later date?

Marcus Nickson like others have posted, go to Meetup and search for meeting. Here in the metroplex, they're all over the place on different days of the week.

I did a seller financing/wrap mortgage before. All was good until the new owner stopped making his payments after a couple of years. Fortunately, he gave me the house back as a "deed in lieu of foreclosure". Unfortunately, I still had to make the payments on my mortgage; so negative cash flow for a couple of months. Also on the negative side--All the maintenance that I no longer had to worry about because I was no longer a landlord; I had to fix everything up after they moved out. So as long as the new owners make their payments, it's a wonderful/beautiful process. Once they stop, it's just as costly as an eviction, with a slightly lengthier process.

Looking for referrals for a RE Attorney in the Ft Worth area that can help me setup a series LCC for my single family rentals.

I've looked at six different companies and the fees are all over the place. The cheapest so far is Sunwest Trust. Their annual fee is $225 regardless of the number of assets. Their application fee is $50. Am I getting too concerned about the fee price? Is there a customer service aspect that I need to pay attention to that warrants paying higher annual fees? Has anyone had dealings with Sunwest Trust? TIA
