We live in Brooklyn Ny and we have a lot of 2-3 Family Homes here how would a Lease Option work for them? Don't get me wrong there are also Single Famliy Homes too, but what if we have a motivated seller and they own a 3 Family House. How would we structure the deal? Could someone give me an Example?

Hello everyone My husband and I are New to investing in wholesaling Lease Options.
We don't really think that buying another course is the way to go so we are leaning everything from here and as well as YouTube. Here is the problem I myself don't like to go into anything without all the proper paper work that cover our assets. We are not really clear on what contracts we need for NYC and what kind of provisions need to be in them.

Anytime Vania I tell you one thing about Tax Deed sales (and I know all Investors do their due diligence in any kind of Investing they do) but you must do your due diligence doing Tax Deed Sale and I'll say it again YOU MUST can't stress that enough.
