Pretty good chance she died of natural causes and may not even need an autopsy. The medical examiner will make the call. If there was a history of medical issues and her PCP can confirm, then there is a good chance of not needing the autopsy. How long the paper work and things of that nature takes is another story.

I️ used Multiple sites including cozy.com. My renter has a 794 credit score and she used craigslist to find me. Cozy screened them for credit score and background checks. Facebook had hardly any hits.

A house in my neighborhood has been vacant for 2 years. The owners are currently living in Mexico (country). I’m fairly certain they have payed taxes and have people mow the yard occasionally. I want to approach them to possibly buy the house. Has anyone ever done that? Is this something that can be easily done or more hassle than it is worth?

I used Mohawk Home expressions from menards. 24-25.00 per bundle covering 15 square feet. ( not sure exactly as I bought back in may). Get their store card and save 2% on all purchases. I waited until they had 11% off also and saved even more. Considering how much you will be doing you can save a ton with the rebates.
