Buying from owner in Mexico
A house in my neighborhood has been vacant for 2 years. The owners are currently living in Mexico (country). I’m fairly certain they have payed taxes and have people mow the yard occasionally. I want to approach them to possibly buy the house. Has anyone ever done that? Is this something that can be easily done or more hassle than it is worth?
