Hey @Casey Waters,

Im a broker here in Raleigh but also tap into the Durham and Fayetteville market. Fayetteville is a great place to start investing because of the price point and the returns that come with it. Its become a norm for SF and MF properties to sell within hours in Fayetteville.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, always glad to help.

Hey Tremaine,

Welcome to the Raleigh market! Raleigh is definitely a hotspot for investing right now. Regarding your post, you have to be careful with who you decide to work with. Unfortunately there are bad wholesalers that give a bad reputation to the honest good ones and I understand why people are skeptical about working with them in general. I agree with you that investors buying sight unseen might seem risky, but you just need to work with someone that is going to provide you with good material that is going to help you make an educated decision. I wish you the best of luck with your investments!

Best regards,

Sebastian Patino

Do you think the Amazon distribution center in Garner and the potential soccer stadium in south Raleigh would turn that area into the next Cary?
