I am getting started with viewing commercial properties with leases and I wanted to know what to ask the landlord agent and what to look for in the lease as well as what to look for when it comes to damages and construction.  Could use all the help I could guess. We are thinking of running a event space business.

I'm sorry for the lack of information I just didn't know exactly what to say. I'm a first-time homeowner and just bought my residential property last year and it is a single-family dwelling. I don't have an HVAC specialist. I had someone come out and look at the furnace this morning and I will update you guys on what they said once I get the report back from them. I was originally thinking of sealing the whole plaster or cement-like mixture but wasn't too sure about the idea.

My heating system isn't working and I need assistance with what to do and I have a whole in my wall

I have a question. My grandmother bought our home about 15 years ago and due to financing and poor rehabbing work still owes quite a lot on the home and wants to sell the home and use the proceeds for me to buy a new home. I was wondering if it would be possible to use a business of a holding company to buy the home from her then use the proceeds to buy a duplex or triplex in my personal name. As a result, we would own two homes and rent out the old home.

Do you guys think this is a viable idea? Do you guys have any suggestions that could help us?

@Rich O'Neill

My family and are looking to get our very first property and would love to connect with your loan officer at pfcu. I already have an account with them but I want to see if I can get my first property using an FHA loan and possibly refinance after a year or two.

I would love to connect and talk about it more with you
