I was a wholesaler in the past and while I was doing that,  I was able to connect with good and crappy wholesalers along my journey. Let me know if your still interested I can try to get in contact with some in your area.

I just passed my National sales person exam. I passed the state last month. I was wondering what should be my next step? I was reading and I saw someone say that brokers contact me but I need to speed up the process.  I have questions ready to ask and in NYC, I cannot apply for a license unless I have a broker.

nyone know where I can go to get one?

Does anyone know of any wholesale friendly title companies around Westchester county NY or even Orange County NY?

I'm looking for a small investor friendly banks in or around Allentown PA area. Any suggestions? Saw Embassy bank for the Lehigh valley and wanted to know if this is a good choice before I open my business accounts with them

All you guys are awesome. 

I sent about 500 letters every two weeks for 2 months. I had plenty of call backs but most just curious to know how I was found them and the ones willing to sell wanted way to much. Maybe the area I chose wasn't the right one..... There's a lot of maybes.

But on a positive note. I managed to get a good lead driving for dollars, wish me luck.

@Solomon F, you have a good idea and maybe I might consider that in the near future.

Thank you guys for your insight. I think I will stop trying to virtual wholesale and just stick to local. Driving out of the city will be better and drive for dollars for now. Gonna go today to orange county and see what they have after searching hot zip codes. Thank you guys again
