I can see the benefit for sure but i should also clarify that i have a full time job (Project Management) and this will be more of a volunteering gig (around 10 hours a week). I am just scared i would not have much time left to put into the investing aspect / learning / research but i can see how this will be helping get a much needed experience once i have my own propreties.

First time posting and just started doing research and thinking of RE investing. I am super excited about all the possibilities out there and in the process of putting a plan together with the goal of purchasing a rental property in 2022 (Brrrr) but recently i was presented with the opportunity to work for a year with a Property Management company and i am not sure if this will derail me and waste my time or it will help me gain some valuable experience once i start acquiring my own properties. I’d take any advice, thanks in advance!
