Wow that is a lot. I haven't seen that here where I live, but I have heard that hedge fund companies are doing a lot of investing in different industries. I hope that doesn't hurt your opportunity to grow your business.

This was a great post and very helpful to me as well. I am looking at possible deal with the local state land commissioners office here. That may also be a good place to start as they often have upcoming auction dates and locations.
