is there any one with experience.

i came across a great deal in upstate ny 

multi unit rentall portfolio 

owner is ready to sell the LLC (saving transfer tax)

is anyone experience how it he's to go as far as the closing. loan. etc ?

Hi! Everybody.

If is anyone familiar with bed stuy, Bushwick erea, what can I get for a 2 family house in this area.its a frame. 

lot is 2100+ sq ft.

Most lots on this street are 1800 sq ft.
