Hi,

I am looking to invest and run a property management business in Souther California, (relocating from Canada).  Any one have any tips on any for sale that are established? Also, if you are a broker, I would need a licensed broker to oversee the business.  DM me and we can chat about the opportunities.   Thanks.

Quote from @Demetrios Kalligerakis:

I am looking to find out how people are pricing rentals in the Lower Mainland?  Are there any good sites that give rental prices by address or area?

Anyone investing in Timmins Ontario?

I am seeing some cheap prices up there.  Although they are up 30% from last year .. still looks affordable.  Anyone got any investments in that city and what are the rents like?

I need some help with home insurance. I have a property I purchased under a holding company. Anyone know where to get home insurance on it? I have a few insurers giving me a hard time and seem clueless if it is under a company name. Any direction from experienced investors would be great. Thank you in advance.

Thanks @Ryan Sauer and @Hai Loc, I saw the inventory has shrunk in Niagara Falls and I can't even find any home there anymore especially the new builts from Empire homes.  I will keep my eye on Fort Erie or Welland , seems like it could appreciate since everything else has gone up.

Any one investing or looked into Fort Erie?  Any potential there for cash flow rentals? Or would it be better in St Catharines or Niagara?

I like investing in Chilliwack.. low vacancy rates , good rents and decent prices.  However, the market has gotten so hot and it is a pretty hard market to find a good deal.  There are multiple offers happening again.
