i am just getting started in realestate wholesaleing and i am about to make an offer on a house and i am not sure of what i should do, based on some of the particulars of the deal. the house in  areal nice subdivision, the hoa has a lot of stipulations. the hoa fees are 110.00 per month, residents must be 55 years of age and older, no children. arv 150 to160k dosa anyone have any suggestions on how i should proceed. please reply asap as i need to make the offer tomorrow 8/10/15. thanks

I really appreciate your responding to my need for info on the subject. you mentioned that you had a contract that i could use.I would be very appreciative if you would send me a copy of the buyers side as well as the sell side, or can i use one for both sides.
