i have no experience using owner financing or master lease options. I am a wholesaler, and new in multifamily arena, and my efforts to get a property under contract using a master lease option or seller financing, what would be the most advantageous structure. ie, terms.

constructing the most advantageous strategies when using owner financing and or master lease options  when wholesaleing multi family apartments. how to best utilize these two strategies. I am a beginner at this so please help.

did two assignment of contracts for about 30k l do not have an intity l am retired on fixed income. How should i go about preparing my taxes. Thanks

i am just getting started in realestate wholesaleing and i am about to make an offer on a house and i am not sure of what i should do, based on some of the particulars of the deal. the house in  areal nice subdivision, the hoa has a lot of stipulations. the hoa fees are 110.00 per month, residents must be 55 years of age and older, no children. arv 150 to160k dosa anyone have any suggestions on how i should proceed. please reply asap as i need to make the offer tomorrow 8/10/15. thanks
