If you want to build business credit separate from your personal credit, it as a great idea to start an LLC. You want to separate your business doing from your personal credit. LLC also offers you gives you a layer of protections.

Hello Bright,

You always want to protect your interest, unless you know this investor really well. You should always have anyone that has access to your deal sign to a Non Compete, Non Disclosure document. Money makes people betray each other. If you don't have one, you can use mine. I had an Attorney draft mine. Send me a quick email and I will send you a NCND. I ways take steps to protect your interest unless you have a long standing relationship.
