I've done it before with a boiler it was a very very smooth process. Only problem was it was heavy as hell and took 3 of us to get it down the stars. For such a small thing it was surprisingly heavy. One thing to mention. They guy who delivered mine was a good sport and helped me get it to the door. Most people will leave it on the curb.

@Eric X. Not the case anymore with the gift cards for Lowes. Just now getting my refund back on a gift card that Lowes would not accept from card cash. Apparently Lowes will only accept physical cards now. No more e-cards is what I was told. I just ordered a few physical cards so were see if I have the same issue.

Definitely mold issue. White paint on studs is a clear indication of mold remediation.

All comes down to your market. I am lucky to be living in an area where I can get a 30%+ cash-on-cash return and 40%+ ROI. Being able to buy a place for under 30k and renting for 1k+ really helps. But regardless you need to be frugal with your money and it gets to a point where the income starts to snowball which makes it easier to accumulate.

@Dan Graney I know you had this issue fixed but it really is an easy process that should not scare you. Just pull the toilet then rent an electric drain cleaner from home depot for 40 bucks. But to be honest that is a hell of a price to do that job. It makes sense to pay the price for them to do it.

Can't speak for bank deals but when showing a house I have never dressed up "nicely" couple times in a jacket and jeans with nice shoes other times like a construction worker. Hoodie with paint and drywall compound all over it as well as pants. It has never effected the leasing of the property. Now when I go to a signing off the lease I ALWAYS dress up nice, it was a habit that I took up and it pays off I always get a compliment from it and the tenants usually know I mean business.

People will treat you differently depending on what you are wearing. It's like going to Lowes  in a casual clothes, attendants will be all over you asking if you need help. But if you go in construction clothes and they don't ask you anything. Go into a business transaction in construction clothes and you may be looked at strange. But if you go in nice clothes you are treated as you know what you are doing.

What you are wearing is what people will judge you off of first.

@Stephen Chittenden Good detective work my man! I just received an email from the company saying something about the cards containing the number 174. It's interesting because I used about 100 bucks off the card worked fine a few days ago then out on no where they flag it.

@Peter Tverdov I had the same idea and it wouldn't register. I'll just sit on my hands and wait for a refund through the company.

@Stephen Chittenden Yeah it is complete crap. I did, after the purchase I loaded up then went to customer service. The cashier came out and was very nice and trying to help eventually she had to go to some little room. She came back and told me "he" would explain it to me. Then some short stubby guy in plain clothes came out and told me we can't accept it, nothing I can do. I questioned it, he got red in the face repeated him self told me to call corporate and walked off.
