Hi all, I am looking for recommendations for reliable And affordable painters in the Atlanta, preferably Stone Mountain area. Does anyone have good experiences with a particular company? In addition, in looking for a place to recarpet a home I have that is also reliable and affordable. Any recommendations? Thanks, Steve

It seems that this method should work. There are advertisements I have seen for quick capital for access to small businesses to expand, even advertised to some new businesses, but with some limits. However, if the property project is small enough, this would seem to be a flexible enough method to get started. I haven't gone through the process yet myself so don't know if there are hidden catches or dangers, but I don't see why this is would be more risky than what I have heard some do with maxing out credit cards to get started.

Hello BP! Has anyone had experience and success finding, securing, and using small business non recourse loans in an LLC whose funds were used to buy and improve properties? For certain properties that are under 100k I am wondering whether it is a viable option to use a small business loan which may offer better rates than hard money, and fewer fees and less restrictions than traditional mortgages. Finding a company that lends to LLCs is challenging enough, but then to be able to use that money to purchase and improve a property with the same loan funds has been even more difficult. Any thoughts on where this type of financing fits into a BRRRR or turnkey model and how to go about finding such lenders that are reputable? Thanks!
