Interesting thread. I am new to BP but not new to comps and property evals. I have no idea why anybody would be negative about wholesalers. I'm getting in with wholesaling s my niche and all I want to do is learn. If I had the capital, sure I'd jump in, buy, rehab and sell. If I were a buyer I'd think of a wholesaler as gold. The wholesaler did the work by negotiating the deal, found the seller and takes a small cut to pass on to the end buyer who actually didn't have to work for that lead. Anyway, I want to learn, need a mentor who wants to see me as value and start with me by evening splitting the first couple of deals. I love real estate and want to be successful and am willing to work hard. It's my business. @Nicole Barnes, hang in there and we will be reading your posts about your successes. You and I can't get discouraged. I feel if others can, we can and we will.
