My partner and I have 7 properties remaining in our portfolio that we are looking to sell. 

A mix of SF & MF properties. 

Most units are occupied with many of them just newly renovated.

8 Properties

14 Units in total

10 Occupied (with 6-7 or so paying top dollar market rent)

4 Vacant and need some minor work

No wholesalers please. Not in a rush to get rid of them so will not entertain the lowball offers.
