Selling my portfolio
My partners and I are considering selling our portfolio of 8 properties (mix of MF and SFH) across Buffalo.

10 Occupied (with 6-7 or so paying top dollar market rent)
4 Vacant and need some minor work
No wholesalers please. Not in a rush to get rid of them so will not entertain the lowball offers.
