@Trey Rittenhouse

Tree roots fan out about mimicking the tree top can

Reach out about as far as the limbs, and its possible to bust sewer pipes, and cause damage and clogging.

Ive had it happen. Had it camera ran down about 300

Showing me where the blockages were happening, and how deep. I did the rest replaced the section of pipe.

I have property I’ve offered on with out seeing up looking at property it has a very large tree about 60 feet edge of property that seems to be going under neighbors foundation. And over hanging there house quite a bit. Not sure cost of removal or damage may or not be against there foundation. If my offer is accepted and i don’t want to go through with deal or 10g tree removal. 2801 willow wind ct las vegas nv 89117. Has been in market for 60 days not sure what to make of whats going on. I looked at a house other day that was gone in Less than 24 hrs. This tree engulfing neighbors foundation and roof is bothering me after insite inspecting

If I receive for down payment from an family or private investor. How would i structure a deal?? Would be formal contract how/where/why anymore input 👍

And how much return would they receive all fairness

Could it be multiple ways of return.

Payback initial investment? We are good thanks

Or continued payment as long as the property is owned ??

If they pay 50% of down payment /closing cost. What percent of return should return monthly quarterly yearly?

Or if they pay 20% of cost how would this affect the deal?

Or 100% of down payment and closing how would these options affect the deal? And/or % returned monthly quarterly yearly?

Sorry its several of the same scenario thanks for the input. Thank you for your time and input.

Las vegas, NV electrical contractor.

@Pat L. Is there even wire nuts on those splices would be loose connection and wires getting old n hot tape them up good with same color tape. Replace cheap fixture sockets go bad often connection. Replace with cheap button light or kiolisk
