I live in Dallas, near White Rock lake, and I'd like to get started flipping houses. I've attended a few local Meet-ups but it seems all of these are really just sales pitches, or some guru hocking some training platform... Are there any serious investors in Dallas that are willing to act as a mentor, or at least a guide?

Hi Tom Parris and Curt Riffel , I'm a wholesaler in Dallas with a focus on finding the best investment opportunities in NE Dallas, Richardson, Garland, and E Plano. If you're interested in investing in these areas, please PM me your contact info so I can share potential deals with you. Also, if you have any questions about those areas, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll try to answer them the best I can. Good luck to both of you! Best, Sean
Hi William Rickett , I'm a wholesaler focused on the NE Dallas, Garland, Richardson, and E Plano areas. If you're interested in looking at great opportunities in those areas for either buy and hold or rehab and flip, please PM me your contact info. Welcome to BP and good luck! Also, if you have any questions regarding the areas I mentioned earlier, please feel free to reach out to me. Best, Sean
Hi James H. , I understand you had a few bad experiences with some other wholesalers. Unfortunately, like in every profession, there are some bad apples out there. I'm a wholesaler in Dallas and would have no issue meeting with you after hours. Also, if you tell me your investment criteria, I'll only present/send you ideas that fit your parameters. Please PM me your contact info, and what you're looking for, if you're open to me sending you opportunities. Im sorry you had a frustrating time with the other wholesalers. Happy investing and good luck to you. Best, Sean

Hi Chris Torbert and Brian Howard , I'm a wholesaler and focus on the NE Dallas, Richardson, Garland, and E Plano areas. I come across great opportunities, for both fix and flip and buy and hold, all of the time. If you send me your contact info (email or phone, or both) I'd be happy to send you some deals to look at as I come across them. Either way, welcome to BP and good luck to both of you! Cheers, Sean
