Hey fellow BPer's. I'm trying to find out how I change my Biggerpockets blog URL because currently the ending of my URL is my OLD companies name. Obviously this is not good since I will be using the blog for my new company.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Scott J. That is awesome! I have to agree with the other posters; just make sure he signs an agreement saying that all the upgrades stay if they move out and that there is no cost to you. With that down, a $100 off a month of rent is a good reward.

Ed,

That's some great advice! I think we have all encountered those problems and using a 10 year battery in the smoke detectors can avoid the majority of them.

Dany Tremblay Great work on your current investments! Sounds like you have your cash flow exactly where you want it.

As far the "best city" to invest in that's a difficult question to answer. My market, Las Vegas, has incredible deals at the current time but our inventory is at an all time low. I suggest not trying to narrow it down to an individual city but rather to try to find the best deals possible from a plethora of different cities.

Good luck with the search!

I have to side with the majority on this one. You can do much better for your money in other markets. My market, Las Vegas, is a perfect example of such. More bang for your buck and a much more profitable situation.

The 50% rule is a good basic guideline to follow but I believe that you always have to look at each situation differently. I always consider the 50% rule but go on a case by case basis.
