I am looking to get into the commercial market, due to my landlord selling the building my business is located in.
As far as expanding, I am looking at various locations in the Sierra foothills. That area has taken a major hit and many people that had second homes have either lost them or are trying to get out before they do lose them.'
Pricing is great right now, and I suspect will continue that way through the end of the year.

Just joined BP, for a couple of reasons. I am venturing into the commercial market, as the owner of the building my business is in wants to sell it - See my other post in "Make Deals....." I am also interested in getting into residental/vacation home properties, as they are very depressed right now, and feel there is some very big upside in the next few years.
