I am trying to find the owners of property in Fulton County Georgia but when I look on the Fulton County tax assessors website under property search when I put in the address I get no results found so I want to try and look up the property by parcel numbers so my question is other than the County tax assessors website how would I go about finding the parcel number of a property

hello everyone my name is Michael and I'm new to real estate investing and I'm also new to Bigger Pockets so I have a question I live in Clayton County Georgia in the city of Jonesboro and I am trying to find out how do I go about finding out who the owner of a property is I have been told I have been told that there is websites that I can go to that will tell me exactly who the owner of a specific property is but I need to know what website that is can anyone with knowledge help me out I would greatly appreciate it
