Hi, my name is Sindy, I am new to real estate . I have been learning a lot  and have signed to just  about every sites or blogs out there trying to inform my self more,went to a seminar a week ago, amazing info. I am one class away from finishing realtors classes, still as confused as when I started(well,not really I just have more questions). Can't afford a coach, but if anyone want help out in anyway, I would greatly appreciate it, and would be willing to pay a % on the deal .
