In the process of renewing my license and I plan on using it this time around. I need a broker who is allowed to work with HUD. I want to start ASAP .

@Bintuan zhu I have no training regarding real estate, but I want to learn as much as possible with for closures and the process . But any training is welcomed. 

I looking for a broker who will train me well. I am quick learner it wont take long too do so. Saturday to Tuesday are the days I have set out for real estate. (Is that not enough? )

Please recommended some in the area.

@James Danchus  Its basically people who brings you deals, for a small fee. Just regular people ,ask them to take for sale by owners.

Google it, I'm very new to this (3 weeks) ,can't nearly explain it well enough. 

Simply posted an add on Craigslist . In the Job wanted section,offering a fee for people who referred someone that you close a deal with. 

Looking to start now..Need someone to guide me, who are the affordable ones in houston, tx. Any that can works per deals or for a % of profit ?

I'm currently using Craigslist for bird dogs. Less than a week no answers yet. But its free.

Try and do some wholesaling, and sublisting to get some capital going.  I AM very new to this (less than a month) and I'm in the same situation, just hang in there. Keep trying.
