hi tim : ) where do you like to invest? and can you recommend any agents who might have a decent flow of wholesale deals? i have a small portfolio of 4 SFH (2 in Tennessee and 1 in Georgia and Texas) and im open to wherever the deals are good. let me know!

Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Sina from Los Angeles, California and I've been passionate about real estate investing for the last 3 years. I'm particularly focused on the Midwest and Southeast. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing in wintertime, basketball all other times and having fun with friends and family all aboard this crazy ride.
