This is actually true, and something most investors don't think about when they either purchase or use a SFH for co-living purposes.

When it comes to refinance, you either will have to secure the appropriate zoning or obtain a special use permit to comply with local ordinances.

@Jesse Imes - we can look at this Blanket loan for you.  Are your properties in New York?  How many?  Same Seller?
