Hi BP!

What do you guys read, sources, websites to evaluate and assess the housing market at a macro level and regional level?

This enables you to be able to say, a recession is coming and the impact is XYZ and you can take next steps accordingly.

Thx in advance for your insights!

I am in Philadelphia if that makes a difference.

What variables should I research and consider in refinancing my mortgage. I am trying to take advantage of the really low rates.

Thanks for all your feedback

@Greg M. Appreciate your feedback!

Same question to you, when you are named on the insurance as additional interest, does your renter do this or do you talk to the insurance company yourself?

Also What info do they require from you to be added as additional interest?
