Post: How to pick a market to invest in

Quote from @Joseph Crunkilton:

There's a million factors and you can spend months analyzing every detail. Personally I don't like to spend so much time over details. I found a few markets other investors were buying in and decided to set up shop there.

What are you looking for in an investment? I can recommend some markets.

I'm looking primarily for cash flow. Obviously we'd all like a property that cash flows a lot and appreciates like crazy, but I'd rather have a property that cash flows a lot and appreciates a little vs. one that cash flows a little and appreciates a lot.

All of the homes within 30 minutes of where I am cost millions of dollars and the rents don't support LTRs. That's why I'm looking for markets outside of where I live.

Hi. I'm just getting started in real estate investing and I can't figure out how to pick a market where I can start looking for deals. How do you research a market and decide you want to invest there? Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm just getting into real estate investing (setting up my business, haven't started looking at properties yet) and am looking for a CPA to help me with tax and financial planning. I'm planning to invest in SFH with the BRRRR strategy if that makes a difference. Anyone have recommendations of aim someone they've worked with and like?

Thanks.
