@Prince Walker I'm looking into Land Trusts to purchase my future Tax Deed properties. 

You can have a 3rd party as the Trustee and keep the Land Trust name separate to your name. You would be the beneficiary, but this would not be on the public records. Mark Warda has a book called Land Trusts in Florida. 

This would keep your name private.

For the property being auctioned at @Wayne Brooks said they can be very competitive, so be prepared!

I've got 3 rental properties (with no debt) that I want to refinance. 2 in Jacksonville, FL and 1 in Titusville, FL. The properties range in value of $80- $110k. They are fully rented and owned by a LLC.

I am seeking funders that will be able to provide terms under 8% interest, low/no points, no pre-payment penalty, finance based on the property not my income.

G'day Everyone

I have a colleague who has recently purchased and rehabbed a house in Bartlesvillle, Oklahoma. It is a 3 bed 2 bath SFR with an ARV of $85-90k
