I am looking to get in contact with some quality inspectors/contractors that work in the Massachusetts area (Greater Boston). We are looking for contacts that do a really in depth inspection and provide great feedback on each property they look at. With the market being extremely competitive we may be looking at doing some pre screenings with these contractors/inspectors so would like to know if they are willing to do those as well and how in depth they can get if we were to bring them to an open house/showing.

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks @John Santero

The listing shows it as as separate address from the multi family property that comes along with it.

If that holds true, how could I go about understanding the value of that land. I'd like to know how much it is worth for future sale or to build.

I am looking at purchasing a property just outside of Boston MA. It is a 3 family unit with 2 bedrooms per unit. It also includes a parcel of land. Does anyone have any experience on how beneficial that could be? From what our realtor has told us we could build on it or we could eventually sell the land.

Any thoughts, things to look out for etc...

Thanks!

I am looking for a realtor who deals with properties in the greater Boston area (Massachusetts).

Ideally, I would like to look for someone with experience dealing with investors and who specializes in Multi-Families. Also, I would expect them to be familiar with FHA loans.

Please let me know if you have any references I can reach out to!

Thanks!

@Charbel Kobrianoslet me know if you find anyone good. My partner and I will eventually be looking around as well in the Boston area.

Good Luck!

Hi Matt!

I know of a contractor but he works in Truro MA. Not sure if that will be too far for him to go but you can always try and give him a call.

Hi @Marcia MaynardI was more referring to setting a list of ground rules (agreements) that the tenant will sign, such as what they can and cannot have/do in the unit etc...

Hope that makes a little more sense. Sorry I poorly worded the first question.
