Tenant Checklist Template

I am beginning to start my tenant checklist agreement that I will use once I have purchased a multi-family property. Are there any good templates out there today that can help guide me in creating my own? This is my first time doing this so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hope that makes a little more sense. Sorry I poorly worded the first question.

Oh, we refer to that as "Property Rules", which becomes an addendum to our Rental Agreement. I would be glad to share ours with you. After 20 years of owning and managing our own residential rental units we continue to refine ours.  As you know, common sense is not common, and sometimes we landlords just need to make things more clear to our tenants. I will upload them to the BP File Place and you can look for them there.
