OKC is a good market right now. We only have a 4% unemployment. TAFB is here. That means you can get 'insured' renters. If they should damage the property, the govt will WD the cost from their payck til covered. I'm willing to manage it for you. I have had rentals in the past.

I would like to know more about how to find owners of Probate Property. By the time they've listed it, it's too late.

Lived in Puyallup for a few months with a distant relative until we found a home in Kent, WA. That was back in the late 1980's. Now I've dated myself. I still have contact with Multi family investors in that area. Do you know of someone who wants to sell an apt complex that has NOT LISTED it yet?

Not interested in owning a construction company. That's not the way I want to spend my time.

The 'beginner's guide' that Brandon sent me is quite interesting though.

This might be a 'leap of faith' but I would rather be involved in partnering commercial properties, such as apt complexes, than homes right now. I see long term residual income in that direction and the ability to 'farm out' the necessary repairs.

Hi, my name is Laura. I have several years experience of rehabbing property in OK, WA state and CA. I currently live in OK. All of my good experiences happened while I was married. I am now single and in the dark about some things. I know just enough to be dangerous and enough to know there's good money in it. I don't have money to invest but would like to use my skills managing, supervising or helping with rehab so I can personally benefit from the profits. Any suggestions?
