Hello to the Bigger Pockets Family!

I am a newer agent serving the South Sound area of Washington State, who bought her first investment property at age 21, with cash, and no construction experience. Then taking the house down to the studs and living in a construction zone for many years, and learning everything the hardest way possible. I then took on the trials of landlord-hood with this same first house, and eventually decided to get my license and sell! At the time I was headed towards an eventual MD, and a heart to heart with my now husband had me acknowledge that I was doing so to pay for my hobby---- rehabs!

Nevertheless I made the leap full time, and haven't looked back!

The beginning

In January my husband and I closed on our biggest project to date! A 1900 farm house here in Graham, WA that we have stripped all the way to the foundation. We have new plumbing, the roof, and a new plan that is rocking and rolling almost to Electric and finishing touches!
