I’m a new out of state investor researching markets in which to invest… and Ft. Worth is one of those markets. Do you have recommendations on which cities/suburbs in Ft. Worth are good places in which to look? I am also interested in investing in duplexes, as well.

It's a fabulous networking site.  I'm new to real estate investing as well, but being in Southern California, I'm looking to invest out-of-state.  I've a couple of questions: Are you managing these duplexes yourself or do you have a property manager?  Were these duplexes already rented? If not, did you find it easy to get renters?
