So I have a very basic question. I have a rental that I'll be charging 700 per room to rent, this is going to included all the utilities. That being said can I install a programmable t stat with a lock box?

There is no office. That will be up to the tenant, the bathrooms will be built in after each tenant space is determined. The rents are coming from a leasing agent in our market. The average is .65-.75 but planning for the worst I put in .50. The numbers are quoted, do you think I missed anything in the write up? Like something left in quoted.

Thanks for the response

I do not have much knowledge on the market there. I do know the rents in the spring/woodlands area are pretty high. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some great deals in that area
