I want to buy a apartment complex and I want to use a bridge or hard money loan. I was wondering if that would work because I can't get a conventional loan. I have a 780 credit score but don't show enough income because I get paid in cash. Should I do this or are there any other options besides seller finance. I would like a solid answers please not trying to be rude just desperate for answers  thank you

I'm looking for the past year to get in apartment investing. I want to be a buy and hold for a very long time investor. I read about people on this site buying 12 units for $5,000 down. I have no idea how that would happen. Anyway I was thinking of getting hard money to get a complex this way. I don't know much about hard money so I don't know what I'm getting myself into. I have very good credit but I don't show a lot. I get paid half in cash and the other on check. Looking for some guidance please help.

There is a 5 unit complex in looking to buy it's basically a house converted into apartments and it has one meter. I was wondering would it be a good idea to put in more meters and how much on average do they cost and is it a good idea to buy this type of complex for a first time apartment invester

My a guy I know is selling a 5 unit apartment complex. 4 units are renting out for $475 and the 5th is a studio for $275 a month. That's decent for the area the building is in. He pays water and heating also. He's selling the building for $65,000 which is crazy because a 4 unit usually in a better area is going for $200,000. This would be my first rental property btw.
