@Felipe Ocampo Hi Felipe! If you don't mind me asking how much are you paying in condo fees? I feel like the condos in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area have such high condo fees that your net operating income almost doesn't make it worth it to buy. Thoughts?

What an awesome sight this is! I am a newbie to BP and REI and I am looking to connect with local investors and wholesalers. I am looking to invest in Baltimore, PG county and/or, Frederick County and ideally I would like to house hack in Germantown, md where I currently live and buy my first property with a FHA loan ( I have a 720 credit score) and buy a few cash properties in Baltimore or PG county as buy and holds. Any advice that you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated. :)
