We have a portfolio of 8 Single Family homes that are 100% occupied and producing income. Many upgrades have done to these homes. Parma rarely has these kinds of equity and income products for the qualified investor. One seller presents all 8 that must be sold together. PP is $515k.

Cleveland and surrounding neighborhoods are experienced significant growth patterns. We have met with several of the development districts as to public and private funds being channeled in. You probably won't remember these neighborhoods when you where last here. That said; you are right to ask for this advise and direction. We recently closed a 1 seller/ 1 buyer portfolio of SFR in the trendy city of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. It was a win-win on both sides and off market.
