Complete Turnkey with Tenant - $975 a month - BEST DEAL ON BP

Hi, We are urban Turn-key Professionals. I will respond to all requests ASAP. This Turnkey is ready to go! Come meet the tenant! This Property definitely has plenty of curb appeal and beautiful renovation done inside and out. Tenant has lived here since June 2016. She is currently on a one year lease and contract through Section 8, but she has already confirmed she will be staying for the LONG TERM. We can do a 3 month rent guarantee and also manage the property for you!

TOO good to be true? not this one, but there is one issue: the property taxes are higher than we would like. Currently they are around $2,400 a month. We have engaged an attorney and we have a review/ dispute scheduled this week. We can make the offer contingent on the results of the review. In the past, 90% of the time, we have been able to get them lowered significantly. The taxes on this house will be under $1,000 a year post dispute.
