Anyone know where I can practice case studies , I’m just starting out in wholesale/ investing. I basically want to know what would be my best option once I find place , buy and hold , fix and flip , novation, seller financing, etc… I want to practice so I can get better !

When I find my first wholesale deal , what are some good websites to list it on for a flip ?

Looking for my first deal , my question is the only way to really find them is through cold calling , Direct mail , sms , I know of PPC am I missing something? This if after I purchase lists
