Any investors/real estate experts out there in Sneads Ferry, NC? Just wondering what your thoughts on how the market is in 2020 & 2021. Worth buy & hold? What are some things to watch out for? A lot of the datat's I've seen are prior to 2018, and much has changed the recent years. Any information I'd appreciate it.

Thank you

Hi BP Family, looking for great responsive insurance agent in the Memphis area. Owner’s insurance for a single family rental.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Josh, how is the rental market in Naperville? Do people rent there? I actually lived there over 10 years ago. Many of my friends are moving there now from the city. But I'm wondering if it's a good market for investors? Buy, hold, rent.

New comment as I'm looking to purchase a section 8 in memphis that's a little west of the Airport. Any insights on that area? I know the population hasn't increased much. What are the job opportunities there?

Fellow Bay Area(n) here. Honestly for me to househack here, I'd be happy if I can just live here for free. Or even negative a couple hundred every month. Because that's still cheaper than what 95% of the people are paying in this area. The 1% rule or RTV is not going to work here, if you buy a property for $800k(which is very normal here and on the cheaper end), that's definitely not going to rent for $8000.

And like someone mentioned above, hoping for future appreciation. And I don't think rental would be an issue. But I'd use the current rental rate to calculate, rather than pre-Covid rental rate, just to be safe.
